Bursting with berry flavour. Sweet and soft. Subtle notes of lemon, currant jam, and juniper.
Boodles Rhubarb & Strawberry Gin Cocktails

RHUBY MARTINEZ
- 2 oz Boodles Rhubarb & Strawberry Gin
- 3/4 oz sweet vermouth
- 1/4 oz maraschino liqueur
Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

BOODLES GARDEN & TONIC
- 2 oz Boodles Rhubarb & Strawberry Gin
- Tonic water
Combine gin and tonic in a tall glass over ice. Stir and garnish with thin slices of strawberry inside the glass.

RHUBARB SOUR
- 2 oz Boodles Rhubarb & Strawberry Gin
- 1 strawberry
- 3/4 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- Angostura Bitters
Muddle a strawberry in the bottom of a shaker. Add all remaining ingredients except the bitters. Shake without ice, then add ice and shake some more. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Add a few dashes of bitters on top of the cocktail.

RHUBY FIZZ
- 1 oz Boodles Rhubarb & Strawberry Gin
- 1/4 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 oz simple syrup
- Champagne, to top
Combine gin, lemon juice and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled champagne flute or coupe. Gently top with champagne. Garnish with a rhubarb candy spiral.

RHUBY GIMLET
- 2 oz Boodles Rhubarb & Strawberry Gin
- 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
Combine all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled coupe glass.

LONDON LEMONADE
- 2 oz Boodles Rhubarb & Strawberry Gin
- 4 oz fresh lemonade (or Fentimans Rose Lemonade)
Combine gin and lemonade in a tall glass over ice. Stir and garnish with a strawberry.
