- 50ml Jose Cuervo Especial Tequila
- 15ml Cassis
- 25ml Freshly-squeezed lime juice
- 200ml Ginger Beer
Shake together the Tequila, Cassis and lime juice with ice. Strain into an ice-filled glass and top up with Ginger beer.
